They announced they lost the DOE grant yesterday, after it already had dropped 20% on day. Dropped another 20% premarket. Large sell-offs on oct 9th when they lost the contract, and the announcement on the 14th about the progress on approval sounds like meh level news they used to push a pump. - Lost contract on 9th - Loses 42 mil a year as is - Instead of announcing on 9th, they pump news and pundits - then release pr on the 14th, wait till ath, and dump - 15th, announce the contract loss of the 9th at the filing deadline literally, 5:15pm I think its got quite a ways more to drop 👀
