I am genuinely so happy I got laid off from work when I did. Went all in on AMZN leaps last summer (4 years of savings) because of AWS reaccelleration, 20% ad growth, etc. 2 weeks later got laid off and then reality sank in, that i'd be homeless if I don't find a decent job and the leaps expire worthless or keep drilling for over a year.
