All in on Amazon? lol when you look at the mag 30 (I say 30 because you have to remember AMD, Broadcom, etc.) and the only one that’s down YTD and all I keep hearing is the consumer is resilient. Amazon had a decent earnings last quarter. The seasonality of the holidays will boost sales for the e-commerce segment. I’m also going to say that AWS is likely to have picked up further traction as well as their AI endeavors. I think that it really hasn’t gained because of the hyper focus on OpenAI. Well it’s not highlander rules. At least not yet and I for one am excited for the next earnings and rest of the year. $300+ by May or June next year. Rate cuts will only help Amazon. Their margins are also likely to improve maybe not this quarter or next because they are laying certain people off, but also hiring seasonal workers. The layoffs are mainly tied to, at least from the stories I’ve read, improvements in workflow from AI integration.
