Are you day trading/ chasing the gains or investing in companies you actually believe? If you actually believe in ASTS and keep up with the news/milestones they’ve made, you should know it’s still at the early stages and consider on the next dip to get in and stay. You only see the highs when it has a phenomenal day when everyone is posting here of their gainzz. But based on your comment you would’ve saw it go to $100 in October, fomo’d and then watch it dropped 50% nov, December and sold swearing it off again. Those who actually see the future of the company were buying more. I’m not saying it’s hard work or anything, but you only see the success without the mental to watch your equity of a stock drop 50% and still hold.

Fuck my goddamn fucking life dude. I fucking hate it here. Fuckers making millions on ASTS, AMD, RKLB, etc. I fucked with ASTS back in the day. Back when it popped to the 20 dollar range. I bought in, and I fucking lost my ass. I remember they had a successful launch and satellite deployment, and the stock fucking tanked. For no goddamn reason. I got out of that shit and swore it off forever. And now look at it. What the fucking shit dude. I stay in a bluechip MAG7 stock like fucking META, and it fucks me every single fucking day. And now I end the week like 12k fucking in the red because this stupid POS stock decided to bleed every single fucking day this week.

$4 million in 2024 revenue, $42 billion market cap. ASTS is at a very perfect, very fair valuation

ASTS is trading with a forward price-to-sales ratio of ~130x and a realized p/s ratio of over 2000x. There is nothing ASTS can realistically do as a business to justify these numbers. Like, they'd have to absorb the revenue of the 5 leading commercial satellite companies (SpaceX, Viasat, SAS, Iridium, and Globalstar) combined. This shit *has* to come to a head eventually.

Am I crazy or do ASTS 150 leaps seem ridiculously cheap? Two years to get to 206 (+76.3% from current price)? There's a decent chance that could hit in like a month lol. Next 23 months after that is just gravy.

What do you guys think will hit 1T market cap first, ASTS or RKLB? I keep going back and forth on it. I kinda see RKLB as the better long-term play, but might not get there for another year or so. Whereas ASTS has been so well run lately, I would not be surprised if we see it by summer.

To see all the people showing their ASTS gains here and on the ASTS subreddit, makes me feel weird. Don't get me wrong, I am happy for all those folks who made out big with ASTS, and had the conviction to hold. At the same time though, I feel like I keep missing these life changing trades. I am in year 6 of following the markets closely, and I just feel like I am watching everyone make huge money besides myself. I was able to make some money off ASTS, but if I held, I'd be up another 35-40k. I just don't know how anyone can hold onto companies that run up this much, and still are in a pre-revenue phase. Maybe it's because I got burned early on a couple of trades, that I am always pessimistic and don't have diamond hands, but fuck man. I just want to hit on one of these life changing trades for once.

Wish I'd held ASTS instead of swing trading it. I picked up shares at 66 and sold at 84 for a decent quick profit. Didn't realize I was getting a really good price and that they were up for a defense satellite contract. FML
