GOOGL saved the AI trade and therefore the market. Outstanding quater and doubled down on capex. The price targets coming out tomorrow for GOOGL will be higher, and much higher for NVDA and AVGO now that there is another $100B in spending that was not in anyone's numbers. Additionally, these types of capex increases have to matched. MSFT, AMZN, and META can't allow GOOGL to out spend them 2:1 on AI capex when GOOGL has taken the lead for the moment. They will be forced to increase spending too unless they are willing to walk away and lose. Check mate, GOOGL. Well played.
