Hey guys so I'm unemployed rn and live with my parents cause I can't find a job but I realized that even if I don't work, I should still have a decent amount of money to rely on since my parents said they'll leave me the house with no mortgage(worth 700k usd) and I don't want to get married so all the money to me. Right now I'm in my 20's and saved up some money from my previous job when I had one and been using that money to trade for my monthly expenses like eating out, phone bill and stuff. Honestly if I play my cards right, with what I have saved up, I could probably make that into 500k by the time I retire + I got house money. At that point I can probably downsize into something smaller and use rest to trade.
