i'm not a bot, but -- Mediterranean couscous has been a <3 of mine for a minute. saute olive oil, garlic and onions in a pan until golden brown. Add 2 cups of veggie stock, allow it to get to a rolling boil. + large tomato, rosemary, 1 can of drained and rinsed chickpeas| Throw in 1 cup grain couscous. cover and let soak for a bit. Add in extras if you have them (chopped cucumber, chives, red onion, olives, grape tomatoes, nutritional yeast, whatever you have.

Do what I do and buy a bit. If it dips more, buy a bit more. Personally I don't buy stocks unless they're 20% below my average price so that automatically keeps me honest.

look at any of the popular meme stocks or small/midcap tech stocks that are a bit speculative like: AI, datacenters, critical minerals, Quantum etc. Or even bitcoin. They are all imploding 5-20% per day. Basically speculative assets are bleeding money, and money is moving to MAG7 or other similar, hence why spy has only dropped a few %. Who knows what ripple effects are, but speculative assets are losing value fast.

I have been selling pretty much every stocks that I have in the last month, I have only keep my health and utilities stock, try to keep. as much cash as possible till the end of the year, the crash will be big and that money will be useful soon. most of the stocks are over value, I have only a few puts, because this regard market can go crazy in a hard bit, so I rather be in cash.
