Honestly I was confused because I think there was a day that the President was doing some deal over corn and or soybeans, but then I kept seeing it pop up at times when BTC would spike/fall in the mornings. Finally put 2 n 2 together

That’s been my strategy so far. Just buy blue chip stocks and make them little piggy banks for most of the port. Buy into $ hedges like gold/BTC since inflation has been a bitch. I find higher risk small cap stocks to play with for my moonshots or educated gambles to make house money with. Then when I have “dust” from not knowing where to put an allocation or from a sale I might put a $100-200 in various smaller stocks that get my attention throughout the year to monitor them, if I need money and they’re underperforming or mostly flat, I just cut my losses for tax harvesting, if they do well i notice them and look into them more to allocate more. I trimmed a bunch of positions that I had half baked ideas of how to allocate going forward and ended up with like $1700 to play with. Some of them were places i parked like $50-200 and they ended up doing pretty good, but I didn’t have enough to add with weekly/monthly purchases so i sold for like 50% profit

$HOOD has been a strong money maker for me and looks like it has consolidated and going to continue upward movement. Enough positive catalysts and BTC has positive catalysts. Hood relies some on strong crypto since it profits from users crypto trading. New fed chair is coming and good for BTC. $HOOD is well diversified with multiple revenue streams including new predictive markets which will make them millions. $HOOD is rich compared to other brokerages you could invest in, but they are doing things the other guys aren’t. When I pull money out I store in QQQI which grabs me high dividends monthly. QQQI is essentially my savings account. It doesn’t have eroding NAV….it has great appreciation….a tax efficient dividend, and a high divider of $0.63 per share per month.
