Okay here’s my take. Mainly BTC but overall crypto is being pushed down to create entry points for big institutions that wouldn’t/couldn’t buy prior to likelihood of the clarity act being passed. Once institutions have loaded up on the cheap and the clarity act is passed this moves back to ATHs. I don’t own any crypto but I do own neoclouds. So this could be hopium.
