Wouldn't go BYND (wouldn't even double down if I was holding)... company has over US $1 billion in convertible notes/maturing debt (from earlier financings) coming due in 2027. Because of the financing structure, if the company isn’t able to improve significantly, the debt could convert or be restructured, potentially diluting existing shareholders heavily. Also, the taste/texture of plant-based meats are just bad.
