The chief executive of CoreWeave said their job is to cut prices and gain market share. Oracle is undercutting other players by 40% + and gaining share because they claim they have a more cost-effective cloud product. Oracle earnings barely grew when reported last month. Revenue growth was only 12%, hardly blistering, and this is the best of times. AWS had 700 basis-point margin deterioration last quarter. That is huge! But now they also must compete against dozens of neocloud. Margins will only go lower as supply increases to all players.

As someone who has realized middle 6 digit gains from the market over the years, I've made two poor plays over that same time period (both of which cost me around $30,000 each). One of those poor plays was post liberation day, playing a prolonged significant decline (took my loss, and moved on months ago). What I did learn (I think) is to never again underestimate open manipulation. When you have a pro "business" president who will openly promote pumps, and rollback regulation in real time creating froth with no worry of consequence, you get all time highs. You make way more on successful puts, so why the down faces? Capitulate for like a week or so and then buy back your positions at a lower cost and even be able to increase your call positions with the extra money you'll make on puts. In my opinion, I think we should pass on the 0DTE next week and take the nearly sure thing of a continued drop, which should pay out very well. It's dumb as shit to destroy capital during a strong bull market like this one by being headstrong. It's okay to be wrong; it's unforgivable to stay wrong because of ego.
