CRML - about to go down 100%.

62% of CRML shares are owned by a different company called European Lithium. They are publicly traded but most brokers don't carry it. This company recently announced an on-market buyback of 135 million shares. And its stock seems to be trading at a wild ass discount considering these facts. Could be a big sleeper but I'm trying to find out more about it before I take a real position.

There's an Australian company which currently owns 62% of CRML stock trading at like 15 cents right now. Thing is.. At current CRML price this company's market cap is about 8x higher. It all sounds way good to be true, but I can't find a single source saying that this is wrong and the information comes from seemingly reliable sources. And this company just announced a 150 million shares buyback on top. I just put in a thousand bucks just to see what happens lol. At worst it'll be tuition fee teaching me a lesson on regardation
