She said American Eagle was a ghost town & had quite literally 1 customer in the store - whereas GAP was actually quite busy in comparison. The 2023 was so small I couldn't even put 'GAP' in the search because it was so flat. 2024 was considered a 'massive success' and lead to increased sales. 2025... 3 campaigns like that since the last er's. My friends who went to the mall reported quite literally 1 person in american eagle but said there were quite a few people at the GAP.
