It means slowly that consumer and retail investing liquidity which directly and indirectly props up this financial system is running out fast, the very same liquidity which props up most consumer-facing companies. There is no price floor to how far us financial markets can dump this time since fed is too constrained by keeping us government debt payable and knows print money = stagflation = dumping dollar+more debt issues however if they don't interfere with the dollar every other us-linked assets will drop so they are fucked to be put it mildly. TLDR: Puts on USA
