Its funny because on paper, futures are a lot more simple of an instrument compared to options, yet they are infinitely harder to make money on because you need to be consistent and manage risk better. Options you can get retardedly lucky and cover most of your losses at times.

I swear to god there are always dope af restaurants opening near me and they all close within 6 month to 1 year of opening because there are a lot of immigrants where I live who don't eat out. Nothing against the immigrants simply the business owners always choose the worst location and put their restaurant on a corner of the suburbs where they're only ever going to have the same 100 customers instead of putting it at a better location. One place had the best wings I have ever eaten in my life and the wings were fried in beef tallow. Sadly the location was terrible. Another one was a pizza place. Best 24 inch NY pies in Dallas but again - they established their restaurant in the suburbs with the wrong demographic and they had to up their prices to $50 / pizza before they went under. So many people losing their ass because they never understood that location is more important that what you sell
