META has really taken the big leap with ad revenue in the past 2 years. They’re committing major CAPEX to data center build out. It’s an opportunity to hop in at a cheap price and nothing more.

META will bounce back and this kind of opportunity rarely comes around. The company is still growing at 27% and like zuck said they can sell the compute later if they overbuild now. They have the platforms to implement AI into. But every company and even country is throwing everything into AI, so the capex increase was always expected. If AI fails, a lot of other companies then META are in more vulnerable position.
