I bought AMZN last week on the dip - I'm up quite a bit already so just taking profits and sitting it out tbh. I'm done with tech. I won - made like 200k once smoke clears including AMZN, GOOG, META & MSFT. Time for something new imo

By the dip but regular hours not pre-market. Market makers know that there will be a November December rally so they are exploiting the short-term news for fud so they can pick up cheap shares on Blue chips.  Stock like meta Nvidia are free money now if you are cash gang.

I'm torn. My earnings plays are sitting on a net loss at the moment, shouldn't have played META as aggressively as I did without having conviction it was an asymmetrical bet in my favor. It was a pure gamble and that's on me. So I'm a little gun shy of further earnings volatility and I'd hate to get gaped tomorrow by AMZN too. But medium term I think AMZN is primed to rip. Considering taking a substantial stake in leaps and letting it ride for 6 months. Just haven't decided if I should do that before or after earnings.
