So polymarket has it at a 78% chance that tariffs get struck down by scotus on Friday, plus there are good reasons to think that the actual chance is much higher. The real question is are MMs gonna try extremely hard to keep the markets flat on Friday regardless of what happens? They know without a question that regards are anticipating this and want to make money and know that they’ll lose a lot because the options they sell will skyrocket in value if the markets move in one direction instead of theta bouncing (they’re in for giant losses if they have to buy them back at 50x or 100x the price they initially sold them for when we cash in).
