I saw some 1/30 META calls bought today 20 minute before close, for \~$5M by some institution most likely. Didn't see any large figures like that for MSFT. I plan to follow this reasoning for WDC and SNDK ahead of earnings. Anyone loading up on SNDK calls in particular or are people scared it's gonna dump for no reason, just like with MU in Sept 2025 post earnings from what I remember?

MSFT earnings show its still bleeding money in regards to AI and still have yet to find any meaningful revenue source from it yet semis don’t react at all to it because MSFT refuses to admit defeat and reduce CAPEX. It’s a self fulfilling prophecy at this point because the MAG7 know that the day they reduce their CAPEX is the day the whole AI trade falls apart. Don’t get me wrong, AI is the future but the market is pricing it in like it’ll be anything meaningful within the next 3 years. TLDR: calls
