MSFT is tied to SaaS stocks which are all down significantly. Stocks like CRM and NOW went below 52w lows today. Although MSFT is an oversold stocks by many metrics, it is still weighted heavily in SaaS etfs so when that sells off, so does MSFT. MSFT is not without its own issues, but fundamentally they are a good buy. I talk a lot of shit because I have a huge stake in MSFT, but there are many factors involved that is driving this stock down.
