No, the main reason is because MSFT reported 39%, down from 40% and everyone thinks its decelerating even though they have a 625 billion backlog

MSFT is down because they were only able to sell ~3-4% of Copilot seats to orgs and they spent TENS OF BILLIONS to do so. Needless to say, AI has not been popular, or at the very least, MSFT is losing the AI race.
