I generally buy LEAPs on assets I'm bullish on 15-20% OTM. Then just looking at historical price; MSFT was $550 just in October so I think this dump to pre-Liberation day levels has been totally unjustified when they keep having great earnings.

I mean by the time VIX stabilizes back to the teens, MSFT will have recovered. And the positive effect of that recovery will be greater than the negative effect of slightly higher premiums due to elevated VIX. So it's still a great entry point.

Why are people bullish on MSFT? Even if it's oversold, it can still go down quite a bit in this market.

I'm absolutely jacked to the tits on $MFST leap calls now. $450 calls, 1/15/2027 expiration. Easiest bottom-calling opportunity of the year honestly, $MSFT should be at $500+.
