MU 500 by earnings

Fabs for making chips require massive amounts of fuel typically oil. That's why I think MU is going to dump hard this week. It will beat earnings but as soon as they something about cost of producing chips going up it will tank. But I think it will recover in a month or two.

Some of these companies like AMD and MU rely a lot on logistics as part of their business operations. High oil prices and blockage of shipping routes would not do good for them. META and MSFT have cloud services as part of their business. High oil prices lead to high electricity prices.

Can someone explain to me like I'm 5 how the oil price would impact tech stocks as a whole? I am still long META, MSFT, SOFI, AMD, MU - and why the hell not? I get that high oil price is not very good for transport of goods and so forth and so on. But why should I get out of tech becaus of Iran? Even if it could take a while?
