What’s concerning is retail investors are in an echo chamber not realizing how risky NBIS is. Common talking points are NBIS doesn’t have any debt, etc. They have convertible bonds and dilute 10% at a time to raise more money to chase unprofitable revenue. They likely won’t be profitable for another 3-5 years. By then, the major build out will likely slow down and the entire AI trade will correct. Also, these neoclouds don’t have any moats and are being propped up by Nvidia which has an interest in keeping people in their ecosystem.
