It started with him putting export controls on NVDA chips, then Chinese companies flood their market with chips, trump thinks he has leverage but China doesn’t care if they’ve got superior chips because they want domestic chip suppliers to become stronger Export controls are eased and then China says well we’ll announce a crackdown on NVDA chips and not allow them to sell here So he locked a US company out of billions of dollars thinking he had leverage
