Trying to cut out bread/carbs, cut some calories lately. Was a healthy 210-215 lbs a few years ago, had a kid, got a less physical job, now pushing ~255 lbs 😮‍💨 Anyway, instead of a sandwich I just rolled some spinach, broccoli sprouts, and onion up in turkey slices, lil dash o mustard. Solid 7/10, would recommend to other fatties out there Holding 35x POET 1/16 11C, sold 5 today to recoup my cost basis.
