SMCI will pump 20% after ER tomorrow

Not the same. SMCI has razor thin margins since they don’t have pricing power. Sandisk keeps hiking prices which allowed it to double earnings this quarter and guide 4x higher next quarter. 10% margins for SMCI vs like 65% for Sndk. Sandisk is at a 10 forward PE. Couple years ago SMCI was at a higher PE (I think 30+).

Thank you SO much for mentioning SMCI. I was thinking about this SNDK run and was remembering the whole SMCI thing. I COULD NOT remember the ticker symbol for SMCI to save my life...although I am fairly high. lol

SNDK is the new SMCI. No way this constant pump is sustainable.

in a nutshell, rapid expansion of ai is causing shortage of everything - storage, silver, power, hence the rise of power stocks, silver, mu sndk and (nobody here talks about) wdc. smci is an unknown because they build systems that require components with surging prices/cost. goog is surging because the use of gemini takes away openai shares which causes concerns on msft.

PLTR -7% AMD + 5% NVO + 3% AMZN +3% SMCI +8% GOOG +2% NSAP -6% RDDT + 41% (and its not because I'am bagholder)

Apparently someone bought 16k 1/30 SMCI $35.5 calls.  According to a post in Schwab.
