Not the same. SMCI has razor thin margins since they don’t have pricing power. Sandisk keeps hiking prices which allowed it to double earnings this quarter and guide 4x higher next quarter. 10% margins for SMCI vs like 65% for Sndk. Sandisk is at a 10 forward PE. Couple years ago SMCI was at a higher PE (I think 30+).

Market caps are not in the same ballpark, not even the same universe. SNDK market cap is literally 2% of NVDA’s

In case you’re wondering, it’s still early for SNDK. They just 4x’d guidance and are trading at a 10 forward PE. This thing will double again in 2026. Micron is also dirt cheap.

It just dawn on me, why does everyone talks about NVDA like some sort of god stock and SNDK as just some meme stock. When they are both cyclical and are benefitting from AI demand.

With Hynix and Samsung looking at up to 70% higher contract prices right now, I see a bright future for MU & SNDK this week....at least 😀
