Not the same. SMCI has razor thin margins since they don’t have pricing power. Sandisk keeps hiking prices which allowed it to double earnings this quarter and guide 4x higher next quarter. 10% margins for SMCI vs like 65% for Sndk. Sandisk is at a 10 forward PE. Couple years ago SMCI was at a higher PE (I think 30+).
