no, i didnt read about any tariffs on memory specifically, the tariffs only apply to specific sk exports. it's really just a momentum play fueled by the memory shortage. also sndk reports earnings in 3 days so expect some volatility.

im only playing mu and a tiny bit of sndk but i think western digital and seagate are alternatives

By Monday it may be $420. Samsung, STX, WDC, and SNDK all report this week. Samsung today reported their HBM4 may be ready to sell.   This hurt MU but there is easily enough demand to not worry about it.  After all MU is sold out for 2026 and maybe 2027.  We will know soon.

I think so.  I'm worried SNDK is ahead of itself with their forward PE.  If SNDK comes in with $5 or $6 eps, they are still at a 20 PE forward.  That's high for memory.  If it holds, then MU needs to be 15 or more.  If that's the case, MU to $500/sh. MU could dump or jump this week.
