The money mostly goes to HAMR, the newer technology that fits more data on each drive, and I don't expect meaningful Toshiba HAMR shipments before 2029. STX and WDC are well ahead on it. - **Customers are already locked in**. WDC has most of next year's demand committed, and STX has demand allocated through 2028. - **$380mn is tiny**. For comparison, Micron alone is spending >$50bn on capex this year.

A dip into what, hell? lol. Look at DELL, 500% return this year. They make money by building servers and sell to data centers. WDC STX falls -> DELL HPE up and they are up today. So instead of buying into hell, buy into heaven w/ dell and hpe, that is a far more reasonable approach.
