I started buying at $4 since I couldn't invest in SpaceX. Can't remember the marketcap back then but I valued it at 200 billion in 5-10 years due to their own starlink constellation along with profit from rocket launches with cheaper manufacturing with the 3d printed tech. I honestly think it's still early and see a stock split eventually on the climb. That's my personal opinion. I'm buying up until 200 billion marketcap. A fraction of what SpaceX is right now.

whoever needs to feel better about themselves after this week, read this: I started with $100k in 2020 and never knew about trading, all my hard earned money in mega cap tech shares auto-reinvested. Covid/gamecock happens, I discover trading and liquidate all my shares and turn $100k into $350k. I spend the next 5 years riding the roller coaster up and down until today. I now have $80 in my bank account, $100k in debt, lifetime P&L of -$600k. My smoking hot gf left me, I abandoned all my friends/family/they did to me as well cause of my shame. Hopefully this can serve as a lesson to some of you before its too late. This is where my story ends.

For next week: 🟢 Bullish Catalysts Big earnings beats (Tesla, Netflix, IBM, P&G). AI + tech flow still hot. CPI likely soft or “meh” → rate-cut hopes rise. Fed tone dovish on weak labor. Shutdown easing = relief rally. Credit stress contained (so far). 🔴 Bearish Catalysts CPI surprise = rate-cut dreams die. Mid/small-cap earnings disappoint. Regional bank/credit risk resurfaces. Prolonged data shutdown = blind Fed. China/trade escalation. Yields spike → valuations crushed.

Next week should be wild. Q+AI conference stars Sunday and then big tech earnings the following week. I wish I had more money to throw at it

1. As shut down rolls on the impact gets progressively worse, not linear and there is absolutely no sign of things improving. 2. Best case scenario we hear something when they meet. 3. This is all good but no one was doubting major banks to come in strong. Still got tech earnings to come and they are pumping less and less and investors seem to need more and more reassurance. You’re also forgetting the risk of Trump saying something else entirely fucking stupid.

look at any of the popular meme stocks or small/midcap tech stocks that are a bit speculative like: AI, datacenters, critical minerals, Quantum etc. Or even bitcoin. They are all imploding 5-20% per day. Basically speculative assets are bleeding money, and money is moving to MAG7 or other similar, hence why spy has only dropped a few %. Who knows what ripple effects are, but speculative assets are losing value fast.

Btw for everyone panicking, this is what happened 1 month after SVB >S&P 500 ended the month **slightly higher** than pre-SVB, as tech/growth stocks rallied on falling yields. So yeah. Also SVB had a 2.2 Billion USD realized loss, the other guys yesterday lost... 50m to fraud? Im sure some whales even here on WSB could bail out one of these suckers no sweat.

The sheer amount of FUD on WSB is impressive. Everytime it swayed me before I lost out on gains. Never again. Don’t sell or you will regret it. Earnings is right around the corner. TSM has shown tech will still be doing great and that is all that matters.
