They get $23.25 in cash + $4.50 in NFLX stock (very undervalued) + they still get to keep the new Discovery company. With the pesky Paramount deal they get $30 all cash only. Which is just $2.25 more for Discovery.

So WBD will offer $23.50 a share . You’ll loose -3$ in value on that stock but gain Netflix stock at 3-4$ making your overall profit positive but it’ll take a year or so. So hold for a year to get a share price of 27.50$ which is basically a dollar more than now .
