In Australia, demand for evs hasn't dried up but BYD is stealing all the competition, we keep getting new ev brands every month lol. Byd just recently launced their mini hatchback which is priced at 25k aud, around $17k USD. They have comparable cars to model 3, y (seal and sealion) that look much nicer and bigger batteries and cost less. This is happening in Europe, Asia, south amercia, etc. If Byd comes to US, it will eat tesla alive.

Holy, BYD Earnings are a disaster. Might be a Puts play for them and other EV companies as well (Except for Tesla of course, i aint touching that shit show). I see rough times in that market.

Also, heads up if you own TSLA. If Canada ends up dropping EV tariffs, Canada might see BYD come to North America. I think this happens either Thursday or Friday in South Korea.
