HOND shareholders overwhelmingly approved the merger with Terrestrial Energy. The business combination will close October 27 with the new Terrestrial Energy to begin trading as IMSR on the NASDAQ on October 28. According to the company’s proxy statement, shares of HOND will be exchanged for shares of IMSR at a 1 to 1 ratio. Although you can never predict what a de-SPAC transaction will do, given the potential for a huge share price gain if it follows the path of OKLO,  expect tons of market manipulation from large institutional shareholders and traders to sink the share price and shake out the retail shareholders who have stop loss orders, and who traded on margin to force margin calls and forced sales of the shares at cheap prices so that these rich F-ers can scoop up the shares at firesale sale. I think NKLR has a great niche and can get a product out the door faster than any other SMR company when they get approval. I'm not saying HOND is a bad investment. I just see NKLR as more of a disruptor.
