Closed all my longs at the close and bought puts and shorts on futures. TXN and NFLX earnings going to spook earnings bulls. And the geo conflicts are seeing some turbulence with putin/trump meeting called off. Not expecting any positives out of China in the near term either. The volatility contraction played out as expected, and with shorts liquidated from positions its time for the next leg down. Retest the recent lows first, and MAG7 earnings (guidance) decides if thats the bottom.

Monday: squats 3x6-8 + leg curls 3x12-15 Wednesday: leg press 3x8-12 + back extensions 3x8-12 Friday: RDLs or SLDLs 3x8-12 + leg extensions 3x12-15 Your legs are more then just your quads bruh

If you’re only doing squats make sure to actually destroy your legs with those 5 sets. May mains for leg day are squats and RDL for hamstrings. Those 2 should hit the biggest muscles Don’t forget to train calves also or you’re gonna look like a chicken
