That stuff will not be able to trade, so it will be a mark-to-market thing. Realistic bear case scenario is that private credit was popular for the rich, so the upper K of the economy could contract by pulling back spending and new investment because of net worth destruction, which can trigger a legit recession.

It is disconnected. Also, if inflation is expected then you want to be in assets - might not be anywhere else for the money to go. What would necessarily cause a decline is net selling if people need cash, which we might expect to see when prices and unemployment have taken their toll. Or panic 🤷‍♂️ Im bearish long term but have no expectations that the market reflects reality in the near term, its proven to be regarded beyond comprehension

Amidst china industrializing the high oil prices will make quite hard along with higher priced goods they can not export as easy, Iran won't be able to sell them oil now with the island being destroyed and even when they were selling it wasn't enough. China is still a net importer of oil, we took out Venezuela and Iran sources quickly, that's all this is about. If you don't agree with this then you are a pussy that should move out of my country. Iran wanted to export oil in Yuan, they tried to fuck with the petro dollar plus the other countries in Brics will have to go through the US now for energy. The gulf situation is negated, no one gets it which is good for us with our energy infrastructure plans we will be the biggest beneficiary long term. Russia will gain but their economy is in shambles and may not recover for a long time, especially with China exports becoming more expensive.

SYSTERIX - $89k gain from SPX credit spreads (Mar 13, 2026)

reddit_post
📉 Negative (-0.46)
2 8 EN u/systerix r/wallstreetbets

$89k gain this week from SPX credit spreads this Friday (Mar 13). My positions were the following (all expiring Mar 13): * 6600p / 6500p PCS @ 12.61 net credit for 44 contracts = $55,501 profit * 6310p / 6210p PCS @ 11.37 net credit for 30 contracts = $34,123 profit * **TOTAL = $89,624 net profit** I traded 74 contracts in total at 100-wide so basically I risked $740k in principal to make $89k in profits this week. Sold the 6310s when futures were down 2.0%+ on Sunday night, and sold the 6600s when the market made a massive recovery on Monday (SPX 6600 is a big support zone at the moment). I knew the market would bounce at some point but the sudden recovery on Monday definitely got me a bit off guard (bulls rise!) I wish this Iran war continues on because this volatility is literally as EASY money as you can get. I think where market is at, 6500 is the next level that has big support and I expect at some point we'll touch the 6300 area barring a sudden truce announcement by Trump - let's see if the market continues falling but honestly this is as FUN as it gets Am aware the 6600 level came pretty close a few times this week but hey what's life without taking some risk? =P Hoping VIX touches 30 again, I CANT WAIT FOR NEXT WEEK! Note I trade credit spreads on a weekly basis so follow me and look out for my next gains (or losses!) post every Friday - GO BIG OR GO HOME Till next week, Systerix For reference, gains from last week (Mar 6, 2026) : [https://www.reddit.com/r/wallstreetbets/comments/1rnqniy/systerix\_69k\_gain\_from\_spx\_credit\_spreads\_mar\_6/](https://www.reddit.com/r/wallstreetbets/comments/1rnqniy/systerix_69k_gain_from_spx_credit_spreads_mar_6/)
