No one feels comfortable investing a significant amount of money into this company when US-China relations are constantly like this. It would take absolutely blockbuster growth and undeniable potential to move the needle. It's a shame really, I like the desktop application, they've done a pretty nice job with it, and execution wise are on par, if not better than HOOD, but in a crowded space with significant headwinds...unless ownership changes, cut your losses, make them up elsewhere.

This is my amateur opinion, but I think they are all catching a bid along with gold to some extent. Also, silver is a critically important industrial metal and is in a structural deficit relative to demand, platinum has historically been on par with gold, if not higher in price and is more scarce so it is mean reverting, and uranium is a play on our desperate need for more energy for AI applications, etc.

people investing in POET are forgetting one of the most important aspects to optical transmission: security. Light can be air-gapped in ways that copper cannot. This aspect is on par with energy costs in my mind, and why I do believe that fiber optics and photonics will be necessary for these data centers.

$CCCX (Infleqtion) is a quantum stock that is about to IPO and it's valued at 1 billion market cap even though it has US and UK Government investments and have more revenue than RGTI, QBTS, QUBT. It should be at least 10 billion so it's a minimum a 10X from here just to bring it on par with the other quantum stocks
