Guys, please assist me. I have QQQ and SPY calls, and I'm almost at a small profit. Next week is going to be a big week due to earnings: Shall I hold these calls for the next week, or shall I sell them today and wait for the dip?

Qqq was down at 599 just two days ago. There was some sort of thing to worry about but now everything is fine again.

Yes in that a share of QQQ is equivalent to buying a fractional share of the components but there is also selling by a counterpart, so no. The rises that make QQQ +1% for example is more buyers than sellers in the direct auction for stocks within the QQQ individually, especially those that are heavier weighted.

Bought back NVDA around 184 and 184.1, target QQQ 620.

The later, the price is based on the bid/ask of QQQ itself. The value of the ETF though is based on the net asset value of the holdings though, which is determined by the value of the top 100. So while it is technically the later, it is really based on the former. Mutual funds are purely based on the NAV

QQQ increases when the top 100 stocks increase. And when you put money in QQQ it spreads your money across the 100 stocks in different weights
