I am upgrading my price target for S&P 500 for 2026. We already hit my 2025 target of 6500. Note every single prediction I've made for the past 3 years has been 100% spot on, including calling tops on Treasury yields. Every NVDA and BTC prediction as well. But 7200 seems to be way too low now given the path of inflation and rate cuts coming soon. There will be even more pressure for the $7T+ cash pile on the sidelines to join the market. I am moving it up to 7500 next year. Note this is a conservative bare minimum absent a genuine black swan completely unrelated to fiscal or monetary policy. Meaning I expect very low chance of a recession unless there's a huge shock like nuke goes off or mutant screwworms. Something ridiculous and truly unforeseen. It will likely be far higher than that but it will at least be 7500.
